ecoTHERM™

ecoTHERM™ Insulated Glass Units (IGUs) have two or more glass lites separated by a desiccated air space, offering better thermal efficiency.

ecoTHERM™ Insulated Glass Units (IGUs) have two or more glass lites separated by a desiccated air space, offering better thermal efficiency. These high-performance panels offer enhanced solar-control performance and spectral specificity, making them an indispensable choice for façades. Depending on your façade requirements, we can process ecoTHERM™ panels with basic tints, solar coatings and low-E coatings. When you opt for ecoTHERM™, you enjoy better sound insulation and minimal to no condensation. For lower heat-flow rates, you can choose to have the IGU filled with an inert gas like argon. We prioritise quality and process ecoTHERM™ in a 100% vertical assembly to ensure no warpage during manufacturing.

Optical Scanning

Our Litesentry Osprey equipment enables us to ensure 100% real-time scanning of each glass pane. This allows us to ensure quality control and minimise optical distortion.

Full Traceability

Each pane is bar-code labelled and scanned at each process within the factory thus recording the exact time of the production process. This timestamp helps in determining process parameters for backward traceability ensuring complete quality assurance.

Error-free

Custom-developed bar-code-enabled production software helps in confirming all previous fabrication stages are completed correctly before the final insulating process is initiated, ensuring the right product is manufactured.

Low Carbon Footprint

The shop floor is optimised to reduce energy and water consumption during production. Specialised equipment helps in reusing the cleaning water in the processes, and the heat generated is stored in heat exchangers for factory use.
