2024 will mark the year for us to follow a Stage-Gate approach towards research, innovation and launching sustainable solutions for the architectural glass industry, ensuring occupant health and mental well-being.

1. Our teams will work with multiple manufacturers and suppliers to source carbon-neutral products across the value chain. Some examples are Low Carbon Glass, Carbon Neutral Silicone, etc.

2. The procurement department’s most crucial agenda for the year will be to identify and report the Carbon Footprint of all raw materials and consumables purchased throughout 2024.

In 2024, we are committed towards digitisation across our factory to install various IoT sensors to measure, monitor, improve and control overall equipment and plant efficiencies. We firmly believe that data is the only key to sustainable economic growth.

1. In 2023, we developed and launched our in-house CRM system to integrate and capture the entire Customer Life Cycle. It enables us to understand our customers better and offer the right sustainable solution from the beginning.

2. With our 47-year-long history of excellent relationships with glass manufacturers, we will engage with some of the world’s largest manufacturers to implement digital solutions for capturing and optimising Scope 3 Carbon Footprint across the value chain. We are committed to reducing the ‘Embodied Carbon’ across all our product lines.
