ecoLAM™

ecoLAM™ is a laminated glass unit with interlayers joining two or more glass lites together. We source our interlayers only from Kuraray™ and Eastman™, ensuring the highest possible quality.

Heightened security for unparalleled safety

Units made with ecoLAM™ panes enhance the safety of your façade. Such panes are made either with PVB interlayers or structural interlayers like SentryGlas™ that help improve the structural strength of the unit and facilitate thinner and lighter constructions. After nip rolling and vacuum treating our ecoLAM™ panels, the units get autoclaved to complete the bonding process. We can also enhance the acoustic insulation of ecoLAM™ panes by adding acoustic interlayers in the product makeup.

High Durability

Our Litesentry Osprey equipment enables us to ensure 100% real-time scanning of each glass panel, which makes it easy to monitor optical distortion by controlling the optical distortion on the individual panes, a superior bond is made between the glasses increasing the durability of the product.

Superior Product Range

We have experience working with thicker laminates, curved tempered glasses, shaped units and polycarbonates, thus providing a huge product range.

High Automation

Individual panes are placed on the assembly table with an efficient vacuum transfer system and the interlayer is cut automatically though precise sensing techniques. This ensures precise assembly of the units with minimal displacement at the edges.

Easy Tracking

Trackpro, our online tracking software, helps our clients to know where the product is and when it is expected to arrive.

We source all components for our ecoLAM™ panels from premium European and American suppliers. We also have an in-house quality lab where we run each panel through the relevant tests, ensuring 100% quality.

Our advanced manufacturing capabilities enable us to process multi-laminates with the highest adhesion levels.

Our Litesentry equipment enables us to ensure 100% real-time tracking of each glass panel. Additionally, it allows us to ensure quality control and minimise optical distortion.
