SILENTVIEW™

Enjoy enhanced sound insulation with SILENTVIEW™, a laminated safety glass. It has two or more sheets of glass bonded with acoustic Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) interlayers.

Laminated panels for better acoustic insulation

We can process SILENTVIEW™ in double-glazed units for enhanced noise reduction in commercial or residential buildings for quieter interiors. The special interlayer provides significant sound transmittance damping, reducing noise from traffic, aeroplanes, trains, constructions, etc. In interior applications, such as partitions, it helps to keep conversations private and create comfortable environments. The interlayers are compatible with other coloured interlayers, providing design flexibility.

As end-to-end glass and glazing experts, we can also install these panels in glazing systems that boost acoustic insulation and offer added safety.

Our SILENTVIEW™ panels filter sound from the outside and create quieter interiors for better comfort.

The acoustic laminated glazing increases the strength of the glazing and provides additional safety.

We source all components for our SILENTVIEW™ panels from premium European and American suppliers. We also have an in-house quality lab where we run each batch through the relevant tests, ensuring 100% quality.

Individual panes are placed on the assembly table with an efficient vacuum transfer system and the interlayer is cut automatically though precise sensing techniques. This ensures precise assembly of the units with minimal displacement at the edges.

Each pane is bar-code labelled and scanned at each process, which helps in determining process parameters for backward traceability, ensuring complete quality assurance.
