Our panels are certified according to European (EN 1063) and American (UL 752) norms and can withstand various bullets and missile velocities ranging from rifles to Kalashnikovs. As end-to- end glass and glazing experts, we can custom-design the panels to meet specific safety criteria and help engineer and install bullet-resistant framing systems for the highest possible level of safety. We provide our BULLETSHIELD™ range in spall and spall-resistant options and can combine these high-performance panels with ultra clear, reflective and tinted options for enhanced aesthetics.
BULLETSHIELD™ PURE
glass-glass combination
Specially configured with highly durable polycarbonate interlayers or special films to provide spall resistance against glass shrapnels or fragments that might erupt from the inside surface due to bullet impact.
Incorporating low-iron ultra clear glass instead of regular clear glasses, these units do away with the heavy green tint that is characteristic in thicker units, providing beautiful visibility and near total clarity.
All bullet-resistant configurations can also be designed using curved glasses. These units are ideal for automobile windscreens and side glasses and can also satisfy architectural demands.

These panels have a three-gasket barrier system that offers sound and heat insulation with bullet-resistant properties.
Panels can be custom designed or coated with any RAL colour for enhanced aesthetics. We can incorporate low-iron ultra clear glass for better visibility or even create bullet-resistant curved panels to meet the design requirements.
Our two-step processing for BULLETSHIELD involves de-airing and heating the glass and interlayer combination in a vacuum chamber. We then pressurise it under carefully controlled heat and pressure parameters in an autoclave to ensure perfect sealing and bonding for a durable product.
Our BULLETSHIELD glass and glazing system is adjustable and portable, allowing quick delivery and installation.
We use glazing beads that enable us to use a single system for multiple glass classes – BR2, BR3, BR4, BR5, and BR6.
Specially configured to withstand bomb and grenade attacks, our BLASTSHIELD™ units are designed to hold firm in the unfortunate event of a blast.
BURGLARSHIELD™ is our range of impact-resistant panels that can withstand forced penetration attacks from mallets, saws, and bars.
ecoLAM™ is a laminated glass unit with interlayers joining two or more glass lites together. We source our interlayers only from Kuraray™ and Eastman™, ensuring the highest possible quality.
